Preliminary Comments on Effects of Grape Vineyard Nitrogen Fertilization on the Subsequent Ethyl Carbamate Formation in Wines

Fertilization data or known vineyard conditions are related to ethyl carbamate formation for wines 10 years old or older, held for their storage life at 11.7°C to 14.4°C, and then analyzed for ethyl carbamate.
