Potential of Flow Injection Methodology for Beverage Analysis

A literature review of the use of flow injection analysis for the analysis of beverages (particularly wines) is presented. The different possibilities of carrying out individual and multiple determinations (whether simultaneous or sequential) with or without the aid of continuous on-line separation are critically discussed.
