Determination of the Aroma Threshold of the cis and trans Racemic Forms of beta-Methyl-ggr-Octalactone by Gas Chromatography-Sniffing Analysis

The aroma threshold of cis and trans racemic forms of beta-methyl-ggr-octalactone was determined by GC-Sniffing. The threshold values for the cis form was 0.001 mg/L and the trans form 0.02 mg/L, respectively.
