Abstract
An operating Gasquet thermovinification system is described as used at the Paul Masson Pinnacles Winery during vintage 1974. Included is a description of the equipment and modifications, a comparison of rated capacity and operating capacity, and yield data. The advantages and disadvantages are summarized.
