Kokkalos YR 1976 UL http://www.ajevonline.org/content/27/3/111.abstract AB Grapes of the Vitis vinifera L. varieties `Verigo' and `Mavro' were kept in very good marketable condition for 3.5 months at 1-2°C and 85% relative humidity (RH) when fumigated with S02 at initial concentrations of 1, 0.5, or 0.25% followed by weekly fumigations with 0.25%. Potassium metabisulfire reduced decay of Sultanina and Rozaki grapes for 5 days at shelf, after their removal from a 12-day cold storage at 0°C and 85% RH. Benomyl and TBZ sprays at 400 ppm active ingredient applied 1, 2, or 3 weeks before harvest reduced decay of Sultanina grapes under shelf life, following 12 days at 1-2°C and 85% RH.
