These polynomials were combined in the TaberiƩ formula for computing extract. A program was designed, with this formula to eliminate extract analysis, tables reference, interpolation or approximation, and solve all blend computations. For a blend of various wines, the computer will calculate the resultant analysis and/or compute the required volumes of each wine to arrive at desired analysis. All handcalculator computations are eliminated. The printer offers a hard copy for documentation of the final blend. ER -
