Volatiles were solvent-extracted, concentrated, and analyzed by gas chromatography using wall coated, open tubular, glass capillary columns. Sherry volatiles were identified by combined, computerized gas chromatography (GC), mass spectrometry (MS), and by gas chromatographic retention index (RI) data. Twenty compounds were identified from among 31 for which quantitative data were obtained. %U https://www.ajevonline.org/content/ajev/31/2/187.full.pdf
