Supplemental Table 1
Comparison of predicted concentrations for tannins, total iron reactive phenolics, anthocyanins, SPP, and LPP for 204 Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah red wines at their respective optimal dilution, using different multivariate statistical methods. Root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) for PLSR, PCR, PRMR, and RR were determined using the chemometrics package for the R project for statistical computing.
