Abstract
Three new phenolic compounds that are contained in most white grapes grown in New York were positively identified. They are catechin-gallate, catechin-catechin-gallate and β-1,3,6-tri-O- galloyl-D-glucose. In addition, a new compound, gallocatechin-gallate, was also identified.
