Ough YR 1976 UL http://www.ajevonline.org/content/27/1/12.abstract AB Enzymes present in bovine kidney were found capable of hydrolyzing N-carbethoxy proline and N-carbethoxy glycine. The enzymes were thought to be amino acid acylase for the N-carbethoxy glycine hydrolysis, and prolidase (iminodipeptidase) for the N-carbethoxy proline hydrolysis. No ethyl carbamate was found by the action of these crude enzyme preparations on the substrates.
